1. Bright colors
Bright colors can really send people running away from your site. It gives off bad vibes in most cases. Especially if it is just a flat background color in which text is written on in another bright color. They can give headaches as well.
2. Closely Colored Background and Text
There has to be a contrast between the background and the content. If you have a black background with dark blue text, users will not be able to read.
3. Flat Colors
Unless the page color is white, you might want to avoid a flat color scheme. It is better to have a flowing color scheme that seamlessly blends different shades of a certain color together.
4. Busy Color Scheme
If you have a lot of flat colors littering the site, you will have a rather sloppy appearance which is not professional.
5. Flashing Colors
